Please ensure that scanned copies of the following documents are included with your application. A valid email address is required to submit the documents successfully:

✅ Unabridged Birth Certificate – If you do not have one, you must apply for it at the Department of Home Affairs and submit the application receipt along with the abridged birth certificate. If your application is successful, the unabridged birth certificate must be presented before your son begins schooling, as no learner may be enrolled without this document.

✅ Latest School Report

✅ Proof of Address – A FICA-verified document not older than 3 months, such as a utility bill, lease agreement, bank confirmation letter, home insurance letter, or official SARS correspondence.

✅ Parent/Guardian Financial Information – Copies of both parents’ latest payslips or three months’ bank statements (if unemployed or self-employed).

✅ ID-Sized Photograph of your son.

✅ Parent/Guardian Identification – Identity documents or passports of both parents/guardians (including a valid work permit/visa/refugee permit/asylum seeker permit for non-RSA citizens or non-permanent residents).

✅ Death Certificate – If either parent is deceased.

✅ Study Permit/Visa – If your son is not an RSA citizen or permanent resident.

✅ Permanent Residence Permit – If your son has not yet applied for or received RSA citizenship (as required by the Department of Basic Education).

✅ School Fee Account Statement from your son’s current school.
